It was valuable to hear perspectives from clinicians, founders, investors, and veterans of the healthcare ecosystem on what it really takes to build and scale healthcare innovation. These weren't theoretical discussions — they were grounded in the reality of what hospitals actually need, what procurement actually looks like, and where AI tools fail to make the transition from demo to deployment.

What We Build

At VitalView AI, we're building AI systems that help clinicians detect subtle patterns in medical imaging earlier. The conversations at MedTech Day reinforced what we already believe: the gap between a working model and a clinical-grade product is significant, and most of that gap is not technical — it's procedural, relational, and contextual.

Clinicians don't want to adopt AI that adds steps to their workflow. They want AI that disappears into the background, does the hard work, and surfaces findings they might otherwise miss.
